How soon will my order be shipped? Orders will ship within 7 business days from receipt of payment (personal check orders may be held for 10 days). Most orders ship sooner, but it is dependant upon the order volume at the time the order is placed. Unembroidered orders should ship within 3 business days. How will my order be shipped? Orders with shipping charges of $4.40 and greater will be shipped via Priority Mail. All other orders will be shipped First Class Mail. Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes. If you will e-mail the destination of the package and the items to be ordered we will reply with a shipping estimate. Do you take Special Request? Yes. Because it was not practical to list all embroidery color options, only the most popular color combinations were presented. If you would like a design in different colors just enter "Special Request" for the color selection, and provide the specifications in the box provided on the order form.
